♥ The Food Network. Ok, some of those celebrity chefs really get under my skin (Rachel Ray, Sandra Lee), but this is the only channel I can watch during the day, that has no coverage on the death of Heath Ledger. The whole thing is just so depressing and upsetting, I can’t watch any more news about it for my own well being. I also do love that Jamie Oliver has a show on the station now too. His food looks absolutely divine.
♥ Saying I love you…..to anyone, my friends, family, and of course my husband. Learn how to say I love you in 100 different languages, just in time for Valentine’s Day! We all need a little more love in our lives! By the end of the day today I plan on telling 5 different people that I love them, and mean it.
♥ Thai food. Goodness me, I love the cuisine of Thailand. We have the best (and cheapest!) Thai restaurant two blocks from our house. I love all the dishes, but seeing that I am a curry fanatic, I almost always order the Thai curries to go. However lately I have been in the cooking mood, and have been making some incredible red Thai curry. I just love snap peas, bamboo shoots, and coconut milk, Yum!
♥ Waking up early. I love to get up about a half an hour before the hubby, and make a great big cup of coffee while reading blogs and checking emails. Such a nice feeling to be up when it is still quiet outside!
