If there is one fashion that never gets old (hardee har har) to me, it is the granny style. I love everything grandma related, big flower broaches, bug eyed sunglasses, loafers, knit cardigans, and wicker hand bags.
It is a fun style to rock, but unless you want to age yourself drastically needs to be done carefully. In order to not go into grandma overload it is important to mix granny articles with sexy, hip, or edgy pieces. A knit beret, and knit cardigan would look great with some tight fitted jeans and big hoop earrings, or a sexy pencil skirt, and some killer heels.
Whatever it be though, remember to take inspiration from grandma’s closet and pair it with newer hip and fun items.

That is wicked style! I especially love wicker bags, and got a killer one from ebay a year or two ago.

Let us not be too particular; it is better to have old secondhand diamonds than none at all.

I couldn’t agree more…in fact I like secondhand diamonds more than new ones. They have so much more character in my opinion, and a story to go along with it!
